Hannah Arendt
The film is about the famous German-Jewish public figure, philosopher, political scientist, teacher Hannah Arendt (1906-1975). The plot center is the events of only three years of her life, 1961-1964, when the correspondent of The New Yorker Hannanah, the correspondent of the newspaper, went to Jerusalem to cover the process over one of the Holocaust organizers Adolf Eichmann. Trying to understand the nature of fascist hatred in relation to the Jews, she carefully recorded and analyzed the materials of the court, summarized them in the articles that appear behind the ocean. Under the pen of the researcher, a picture arose that did not fit into the prevailing framework. The new approach published by her caused a wave of indignation against her and divided many people into supporters and opponents of this outstanding woman.
