Losers` Club
Kaybedenler Kulubu
The film takes place in the late 90s. Kaan is the owner of the 6.45 printed house, publishing the "Books that no one reads." Mete is the owner of the bar in Kadykeya and the collector of records. Together they lead the night program of the losers club at the Kent FM radio station. On live, they talk about life, literature and women, as if two friends are talking, sitting in some bar behind a mug of beer. Their program and style are caused by both outrage among critics and censorship, as well as the interest and recognition of listeners, who over time are becoming more and more. In their improvised dialogs, sometimes seemingly meaningless, these two cynics-intellectuals raise deep philosophical topics that help someone understand and find the meaning of life, and someone to learn not to be afraid to speak on topics that were previously not accepted to discuss openly.
