Megamozg is the most ingenious and most unsuccessful villain in the world. For many years now he has been trying to conquer the metro in a variety of ways. But each such attempt ends in failure through the fault of a superhero named Metro-Men. But the villain kills a superhero, and suddenly Megamosg loses the goal in life. Supergraduate without a superhero. The only way out is to create a new superhero that he calls Titan. But Titan decides that being a villain is much more interesting.
