The protagonist, engineer Glauko, returns home and finds his wife lying in bed with a headache. In the kitchen, he will be awaited a cold dinner, and a displeased Glauko decides to cook his own food. In the process of searching for ingredients, he finds an old revolver wrapped in a newspaper in the mid-30s with the heading of the Dilinger Dead and an article about the death of the odious American gangster. Glauko cleans the revolver and covers it with red paint. He eats dinner he prepared, watches the TV and amuses with weapons, depicting suicide. At dawn, he finds another use to a new toy.
