Mississippi, 1964. The murder of three human rights fighters raises a wave of riots. FBI Anderson and Ward agents get a task - to investigate the case and find criminals. The wife of the local sheriff, who helps Anderson and Ward, reveals a secret that throws a shadow at the main people in the city, making those participants in the bloody conspiracy.
