The negotiator is a policeman who is conducting negotiations with criminals or terrorists who captured hostages. The hero of the picture of Danny Rowen is one of the best `negotiators` in Chicago. The partner and close friend of Roman tells him that the fund of the disabled person, whose member of the board of whose board was Danny, is diverse for money, and he knows who is worth it.
