The old man, who learned about the imminent death, learned about the indifference of relatives, who learned that life was lived in vain, decides that the playground in the place of the fetid wasteland is what he will leave this world after himself. A weak, dying old man, a humble, wordless official became a fighter. Either stubbornly insisting, demanding, then begging and humiliating, he passes all the circles of bureaucratic hell. He collects signatures, resolutions, seals. It is not inferior either before the anger of the authorities, or before the mockery of colleagues, or to the threats of bandits.
