All the adventures that happened in the town of Assola would not have occurred in it if he had not been different about others. A border between France and Italy passes through the city and all life in it is determined by this fact. There are two ways to earn money in the ass: either to obey the law, or to avoid it. So, the main character - the French customs officer Ferdinand Pastorelli - lives in accordance with the first way, and the Italian smuggler Giuseppe - in accordance with the second. But they are shared not only by the law. As usual, a woman intervenes in these difficult relationships between men. Then the heroes begin to harm each other in all ways available to them.
