Charlie is a kind and responsive patrol policeman. But the trouble is - he suffers from a bifurcation of personality. When someone tries to put pressure on him, Hank appears-the second `I` Charlie. This is a rude, cruel, aggressive and ill -mannered type, a lover of drinking and foul language. Charlie`s life turns into a lastnock, for Hank always appears at the wrong time, and constantly spoils his life.
