High school student Sean Randall moves to live in a small town, to his father. He is 16 years old, and he is informal. Here he faces alienation and misunderstanding. After a skirmish with members of the local hockey school team, he posts his `plan of revenge` on the Internet. This causes a storm of fear and indignation among all the inhabitants of the city.
