Scream 6 has officially completed principal photography, albeit without Neve Campbell.

The resurgence of the horror genre has seen some of the most loved and best horror films back in theaters thanks to new sequels. After Halloween and Child's Play, that trend continued with the new movie Scream, which came out in January. Another film is in the making in the form of Scream 6. Now that the slasher has wrapped filming, check out the cast and crew celebrating.

The sixth film, Scream, was produced by the duo Matt Bettinelli-Olpin and Tyler Gillette, who were the creators of the fifth film (the first since the death of Wes Craven). While there was some drama around the set in the form of Neve Campbell's departure from her role, the upcoming slasher film managed to wrap up principal photography. In a beautiful Instagram photo, we see the cast and crew gathered as one big happy family.

How cool is that? This type of image really shows how many people are involved in the filming of a particular film. This includes the Scream franchise, despite horror films being known for being cheaper than other genres. We'll just have to wait and see what this ensemble of artists ended up creating together for Scream 6. March 2023 already?
